This small receiver is packed with features. It is a USB PVR so you just need to connect a USB hard-drive or flash drive and the S7050PVR is ready to go. As a single tuner PVR you can record one channel while watching a different channel on the same TP. The remote is a full function PVR remote control. Set the timer recording from the EPG or manually. Time shift recording is also available.

Set the record mode to PS and the file is recorded as an Mpeg file. This can then be transfered to your PC and burnt directly to a DVD.

The S7050PVR also has HDMI up-scaling of the standard defintion satellite service. So even if you are outside of the Freeview|HD terrestrial coverage, you can still have high quality 1080i HD up-scaled channels on your large screen HDTV. And the picture quality is stunning.

The DishTV S7050PVR also comes with a multi crypt card reader for reading smart cards from different services, including Irdeto 1 and 2 cards. This receiver is suitable for reading smart cards for Optus Aurora, Zee TV and Duna TV, as well as other services.

Two other features of the S7050PVR are the media player features - playing mp3 files and jpeg images.
